HerResolve

Diagnostic test for endometriosis

HerResolve™ is a non-invasive, LDT-validated, blood-based test that diagnoses endometriosis in women experiencing symptoms with mild to severe symptoms of pelvic pain and/or abnormal bleeding.

This test provides an accurate “detected/not detected” result, allowing women to avoid unnecessary procedures when endometriosis is not present, while enabling doctors to diagnose the condition earlier and begin personalized treatment. This may include active pharmaceutical or surgical management.

HerResolve has demonstrated exceptional performance in validation studies and is intended to assist healthcare providers in diagnosing endometriosis as part of a comprehensive diagnostic approach. This approach may also include clinical evaluation, imaging (e.g., MRI, ultrasound), and/or laparoscopic surgery +/- histology.

Eligibility for HerResolve Testing

· Females AFAB (assigned female at birth)

· Ages 18 to 49 years old

· Experiencing mild to severe symptoms of pelvic pain and/or abnormal bleeding

· Patients are not qualified for HerResolve testing if they are pregnant, lactating, no longer menstruating, or undergoing cancer treatment.

HerResolve can only be ordered by doctors and will be initially available at select locations, with plans for nationwide expansion to increase patient accessibility.

What is endometriosis?

Endometriosis is a chronic, complex, yet relatively common gynecological disorder, reportedly affecting 1 in 10 adult and adolescent women¹. Endometriosis causes tissue similar to the lining of the uterus to grow outside the uterus. It can result in severe pain in the pelvis and make it harder to get pregnant.
